Fillings is a proudly Emirati chocolate brand, founded in Al Ain in 2020. What started as a passion for creating chocolate that truly deserves to be savoured has grown into one of the UAE's most loved premium chocolate experiences.
We believe every chocolate in the box should be worth unwrapping. That's why we hand-select our ingredients, craft every piece with care, and never compromise on quality — because the people you gift deserve nothing less.
Our Story
Fillings was built on a simple frustration: too many chocolate boxes have one great piece and the rest are forgettable. We set out to change that.
Using premium Belgian chocolate as our foundation, we layer in flavours inspired by the Gulf — cardamom, saffron, rose, pistachio, date — alongside internationally loved combinations that speak to every palate. Every batch is made fresh in our Al Ain facility, equipped with high-precision machinery operated by a team with over 20 years of combined chocolate craftsmanship.
